I do not think it is wrong to pay for sex. I am in my seventies and have been divorced for many years, I have had no luck in finding a new marriage partner but I still need sex. I am very glad that there are women willing to provide sex for money therefore.

I wasn’t aware until reading this post that sex workers not in prostitution look down on escorts. How depressing. As if we don’t all have enough opposition plaguing us…and there’s back-biting TOO?

To be honest, however, I have to say that as an escort I’ve experienced a few superior feelings toward strippers….I’ve always felt that they’re just teasing while the escort can make an opportunity for true healing intimacy.

But after entertaining those thoughts I’ve always chastised myself to stop them, because unity, not snobbery, is needed by us all.

A Belfast feminist told me recently that, unlike in the part of Ireland that I live in, most of the Northern feminists are against the Swedish model. She said that this is because it’s the DUP (Ian Paisley’s party) leading the charge for it up there, and Northern feminists know that if the DUP want something, it’s probably not good for women.

Has the BBC ever made a documentary profiling the thousands of women, who enjoy escorting and have not been coerced, or trafficked, or need to fund a habit..?
